Someth...No, I think those are all excellent points. Something else to consider, whether Bugs was telling the truth or not, there may have been many who HAVE shot one and didn't say anything, out of fear of getting in trouble, or not wanting their neck of the woods to be flooded with weekend warriors from the cities, starting a media circus in their small towns, or simply out of fear of ridicule, if the body wasn't found after the shot.
